IQScore.me Accidental Subscription Charge - Cancellation and Refund Request

I am writing because a subscription was started on the iqscore.me platform by mistake and 120 USD was charged to my account. I live in Costa Rica and the payment was taken through my Davivienda bank card. I did not intend to purchase this subscription and I noticed that the 120 USD was charged for a service I do not wish to use. I have not yet been able to cancel or receive any assistance from the platform regarding this issue. I request that this mistaken subscription on iqscore.me be cancelled immediately and that the full amount of 120 USD be refunded to my Davivienda account. I kindly ask you to review the payment records and resolve this matter as soon as possible.
