IQScore.me Subscription Cancellation Failed – Request Refund and Cancellation

I have a subscription with IQScore.me that I tried to cancel today, but I was unable to do so and they still charged me. Today a payment of 517.79 THB (about 14 USD) was taken from my KBank account in Thailand for IQSCORE.ME/AA without my clear consent to continue the service. When I tried to cancel, I could not find an option for Thailand in the cancellation process, so I was not able to properly stop the subscription. Because of this, I feel I have been charged unfairly and without an easy way to manage or cancel my subscription. I request that my subscription with IQScore.me be cancelled immediately and that the 517.79 THB (14 USD) taken from my account today be fully refunded. I also ask that you make the cancellation process available and clear for customers from Thailand so this problem does not happen again.
