I Need a Refund for an Unexpected $14 Iqscoreme Billing Charge
I made a one-time purchase of credits from Iqscoreme for $1 and very clearly did not subscribe to any ongoing service or membership. Despite this, on 10 June 2026, an additional $14 was charged from my Visa card at 4:11 PM without my consent or prior notice. I feel as though this charge is unauthorized because I only intended to make a single transaction and did not agree to any recurring payments. I have tried to find a way to contact Iqscoreme but have not been able to reach any support or customer service, which makes this situation feel even more worrying and gives the impression of a possible scam. I want this to be resolved transparently and fairly. I kindly request a full refund of the unauthorized $14 charge, immediate cancellation of any possible subscription or recurring payment linked to my card, and a clear assurance that no further amounts will be deducted from my account without my explicit consent. I ask that this issue be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
