IPSY Icon Box Upgrade System Needs A Fix
The allure of quarterly exclusives and extra beauty treats convinced me to upgrade my IPSY subscription to include the Icon Box, I was a dedicated follower of IPSY's instructions for quite some time, yet how it happened is getting on my nerves still, what’s wrong with their system I have no idea, quite irritated with the upgrade process. The upgrade was a major hassle, even though I'm an IPSY loyalist. Selected "Upgrade Your Box" but when I did that, I ran into unforeseen problems. Unnecessary delays and confusion were caused by the system prompting me to re-enter my subscription details multiple times, super discouraging. there was no clear indication. I am a beauty enthusiast who is always looking to try new things. But after going through the upgrade procedure, I'm not sure IPSY's subscription management system is as easy or efficient as it claims to be.
