Stop Blocking My iPhone Please
I am using an iPhone X and my device has been locked with an Activation Lock message that says the current device has been blocked. This problem started the day before yesterday and the phone has been unusable since then. I broke a rule only once in the past, and after that my device and my account appear to have been locked. I have not been able to reach any solution on my own and I have not yet contacted Apple support or visited a service provider. I am currently in Damascus, Syria, and I need access to both my phone and my Apple account again, because I rely on this device for my daily life and communication. I request that my iPhone X and my Apple account be reviewed and unlocked, and that I be given back full access to my device and data as soon as possible, or that I am clearly informed about what I need to do to recover them.
