I purchased my iPhone 15 Plus on December 29, 2023, and after just 11 months of use, the battery health has already dropped to 88%. This significant decline seems unusual, especially since the phone hasn’t even reached its first year of use.
I am concerned about whether this is normal for the iPhone 15 Plus or if there’s an underlying issue. If this is not typical, I would like guidance on what steps I can take to address the problem. Is a battery replacement necessary, and is it covered under warranty? I appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue, as I expected better longevity from a device of this caliber.
