For about a year, my iPhone 13 has been waking the screen when a call comes in, but the touchscreen becomes unresponsive. In this situation, I have to either turn off the phone or end the call and restart it using the power button. The problem occurs in almost every call (9 out of 10). I have been in active contact with Apple representatives for a year, and they keep saying it is a software issue and that I should keep the device updated. However, even after three major updates, the problem remains unresolved, and they still tell me to “wait for the next update.” Apple’s support has been insufficient; I have not received any satisfactory solution from customer service or technical support. I purchased my device from Teknosa, and the warranty expired in October. I also contacted the authorized service during the warranty period, but they simply reset the device, reinstalled the software, and returned it saying “there is nothing wrong on our end.” My case number with Apple customer service is 102654096228.
