I purchased the Apple 13-inch iPad Air M2 in gray, and after regular use, I noticed the color fading on the areas not covered by the case. I sent it to Apple Service, expecting a resolution, but they blamed it on user error and returned it without any repair or replacement.
I never dropped or damaged the device, yet the color has noticeably changed, which is clearly a manufacturing defect. Despite my appeal, Apple refuses to take responsibility and justifies their decision by claiming that not using an official Apple case caused the issue. If this is common with new models, Apple should acknowledge and address it instead of dismissing complaints. I demand a proper resolution for this defect.
