Color Change Issue on Apple iPad Air 5th Gen Blamed as User Error

I’ve been using my Apple iPad Air 5th Generation with the Magic Keyboard since I purchased it a year ago. Recently, I noticed irregular color changes on the device, both in areas where the Magic Keyboard touches and in spots where it doesn’t. On January 15, I took the iPad to the Mall of Gürgençler service center with a scheduled appointment at 8:00 PM.
They took my device to the back, and upon returning, I was told, “This isn’t in the manual; it’s user error.” They were initially unwilling to even send the device for inspection. Despite my device being in pristine condition, always used with an original keyboard case and a screen protector, I was blamed for the issue.
After insisting, they finally agreed to inspect it, but only after I removed the screen protector, meaning I had to discard the one I paid for. I am now awaiting their response, but I want to make it clear that any unfavorable outcome will lead me to pursue every legal option available. Apple, please address this issue fairly—this type of customer experience harms the trust in your brand.
