IPTV Provider Blocks User After Reporting Streaming Problems
I purchased the IP TV Box Pro service one week ago and paid $60 via Papara. After I started using the service, I experienced constant freezing issues, and I was unable to watch broadcasts properly—especially during live sports matches.
I tried contacting customer support many times, but they were often offline. When I finally managed to reach them, the system automatically asked who I was while I was typing my issue. As I was about to explain the problem, I received a message from customer support saying “who are you, who?”. I immediately provided my identity and IPTV account details and waited for my issue to be resolved. Instead, I was sent a link and received a message stating that I had been “permanently banned.”
When I explained that I did not knowingly share my information with anyone and had never given my details to a third party, I received a rude response saying “don’t drag it out,” and I was then completely blocked from live support.
This type of attitude is unacceptable. I purchased a one-year package, and I am requesting that the issue be resolved and that the service be provided properly and as promised.
