If you’re locked out of your Investing.com account for years and want to regain access;
Contact Investing.com support and the platform stores (if applicable) with a clear escalation;
• State that you’ve been locked out of your Investing.com account for years and need to recover it
• Provide the email address or username you used, plus any old transaction IDs, subscription receipts, or associated accounts
• Explain what happened (forgot password, email access lost, banned/disabled notification, etc.)
• Attach screenshots of error messages, old subscription receipts, or any login attempts
Ask them to;
• Confirm whether the account still exists under your email/username
• Explain why you can’t access it (forgotten password, email inactive, flagged for security, deactivated)
• Provide steps to verify your identity and recover the account
• Send a password reset link or help you change the login email if needed
• Escalate the case to their account recovery or compliance team
Specific actions to try;
• Use “Forgot Password” on the Investing.com login page with the original email you used
• Check your email spam/junk folder for old reset emails from Investing.com
• If you no longer have access to that email, ask support if you can verify identity with payment receipts or personal info to reclaim the account
• If subscribed through Apple/Google/PayPal, include those receipts as proof of ownership
If none of the above solutions work, please feel free to share your experience. You can also file a complaint on our website.
