Stanley Sent Me a Damaged Thermos Shipped Carelessly by Intersport





The Stanley thermos I ordered from the Intersport online store arrived with several long and deep scratches on it. It was clearly sent in a defective condition. Additionally, I noticed that the product had been shipped in just a thin plastic bag without any protective packaging. It’s hard to believe that such a well-known brand would allow a product to be shipped with so little care. This has seriously damaged my trust in both the brand and the store. It’s upsetting to face such an issue despite purchasing a brand-new product. I contacted customer service, but I have yet to receive a satisfactory response. I am requesting a replacement for the item and kindly ask that the issue be resolved as soon as possible.
