Intersport Refused to Replace My Water-Damaged Shoes and Blamed Me


The shoes I purchased from the Intersport online store took in water from the right front side, despite being a guaranteed product with no visible deformation. However, the Intersport inspection team dismissed my claim, stating it was user error, leaving me in a difficult situation. They told me to send it in for a second review, which I did, but I received the same response again. Later, they informed me that I had only two inspection rights during the warranty period and that they could no longer assist me. I was left with a faulty product and no resolution. I chose to shop from Intersport because it is a big brand, but this experience turned out to be a huge disappointment.
