Intersport Took My Money but Did Not Deliver One of the Two Pairs of Shoes

On 06.05.2025, I ordered two pairs of shoes through the Intersport application for Mother's Day. While one of the products was delivered, the other was not, even after being marked as “protected” for 23 days. I waited patiently, thinking the issue would be resolved quickly, but nothing changed. When I contacted the company’s customer service, they said they wouldn’t spend money to issue an invoice. This response shocked me, as it shows a complete disregard for the customer. It feels as though my money was outright confiscated. They have offered no solution and continue to postpone the issue without taking any real action.
