Color Alteration of Columbia Coat Lining

I purchased a Columbia jacket from the Intersport online store on March 18, 2022. The inside of the jacket started fading and shedding, which made the jacket's value increase from the original price I paid (around 2500-3000 TL) to 9000-10000 TL now. I sent them an email, and they replied saying that it would take 21 days for the inspection (we're past winter, left without a coat). If things work out well, they say they'll give me a refund for the money I spent on the jacket. I want to exchange the item, not get a refund. If they don't do what I ask, I'll sue them and bring this to Consumer Rights.
