Issues with Interactive Brokers - Problems with Robot Account

I was contacted by a representative named U*** from Interactive Brokers, and we agreed to open a robot account with an initial deposit of 100 USD. After that, I received a call from a woman named Z*K, who introduced herself as my manager and provided general information. The account was activated.
However, within just a week, I noticed incorrect transactions and reached out to U*** to express my concerns. Since I handle this manually, I wanted clarification on how the robot could execute such transactions, but I received no response. This morning, my account was reset due to these incorrect transactions, prompting me to message U*** again. There was still no reply, so I contacted Z***. She stated that I forced her to open the account and that she only provided information. She then told me to resolve it with U*** and subsequently blocked me.
I have taken screenshots of all conversations and can share them with anyone interested. I will initiate legal proceedings today. Thank you.
