N11 and Dey Elektronik Refuse Unconditional Return for Defective Intel Arc B580
Through N11, under order number 226534144420, I purchased an Intel Arc B580 graphics card from the seller Dey Elektronik. I placed the order on June 11, 2026, and received it on June 12, 2026. After installing it into my computer and setting up the drivers, the system failed to recognize the card altogether, repeatedly throwing a Code 43 error as the graphics card continuously entered recovery mode. Because of this, I believe the unit has a hardware defect.
Despite having a legal 14-day unconditional right of withdrawal, when I initiated a return on June 19, 2026, the seller rejected my request under the pretext of a "damaged box." However, my issue stems entirely from the fact that the product is non-functional, and my return request was submitted strictly within the legal timeframe.
Both the seller and N11 are trying to stall the process by claiming that I must send the product to an authorized service center to obtain a DOA (Dead On Arrival) report, but I insist on exercising my statutory right of unconditional withdrawal. I demand that my unconditional return request be accepted and that a full refund be issued to my card.
