I had an active Instamatch365 Ice Fishing account registered with my mobile number on 18 May 2026. On 23 May 2026, I transferred my winning amount from my Instamatch365 account to my UCO Bank Itanagar account. The total amount of my withdrawals was 15,000, but the money has still not been credited to my UCO Bank account. After I saw that the withdrawal had not reached my bank account, I contacted Instamatch365 customer support, and they told me to wait 24 hours. I waited the 24 hours as requested, but the money was still not credited to my UCO Bank account. Afterwards, on 25 May 2026 at around 12:30 a.m., my Instamatch365 account was permanently blocked without any valid explanation. I did not receive any email, SMS, or in‑app notification explaining the reason for this block or giving any clear information about the status of my withdrawal. When I contacted Instamatch365 customer support by phone again, they did not provide any proper solution regarding the missing amount or the blocking of my account. I have transaction details and screenshots for these transfers, which I am ready to share when requested. I request that my full winning amount of 15,000 be immediately credited to my UCO Bank Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh account and that a clear explanation be provided regarding the permanent block placed on my Instamatch365 account.
