I have been using the Instamatch platform via the Chrome browser, and I discovered that I could no longer log in to my account. My access was blocked without any prior warning, and there is money from two recent withdrawals that has still not been credited to my bank. I requested two withdrawals from my Instamatch account to my bank account at Cenera Bank of India, one for 3,500 and another for 2,500. I was informed that the amounts would be credited within 24 hours. There is now no balance left in my Instamatch account, but neither of these two withdrawal amounts has arrived in my bank account yet. When I contacted Instamatch support, they stated that the payment had been blocked and that I had not followed the rules. This accusation is completely false, and they have not given me any clear, concrete explanation of which rule I supposedly violated. At the same time, my account has been blocked and I am unable to log in at all, which leaves me without access to my funds or my account information. I also have screenshots of my withdrawals and the issue, which I can share if needed. I request that Instamatch urgently reviews this situation, unblocks my account and immediately credits both withdrawal amounts of 3,500 and 2,500 to my Cenera Bank of India account without any further delay. I also expect a clear written explanation of why my account and payments were blocked despite my compliance with the rules.
