I'm facing an issue on Instagram where I am unable to send messages to anyone, despite not violating any rules. Whenever I try to reply to a message, I receive a notification stating, "You can't send messages for 7 days. Something you sent in a chat violated our community guidelines. Learn more about our community guidelines." It's incredibly frustrating, and I'm seeking a solution to this problem. I want to clarify that I have not knowingly violated any community guidelines on Instagram. However, I'm now restricted from sending messages for a week, without a clear explanation or the opportunity to rectify the situation. I hope Instagram takes this matter seriously and addresses the restriction, allowing me to resume normal messaging activities on the platform.
