I Can’t Send or Receive Messages on Instagram Because My DM Inbox Won’t Refresh

I am extremely frustrated with Instagram right now. Just yesterday, I logged into my account to send a message to a friend, but no matter how many times I tried, my message wouldn’t go through. On top of that, some of the messages my friends sent me never arrived either. It’s like messages are just disappearing into thin air.

At first, I thought it might be a temporary glitch or an internet connection issue, but that’s definitely not the problem. My internet is perfectly fine — everything else works except Instagram's DM system. My inbox won’t refresh properly, and I’m constantly stuck with an outdated or empty message list.

Instagram seriously needs to fix this messaging problem immediately. It’s making the app unreliable and impossible to use for basic communication. Please resolve this issue now — users like me deserve a functioning platform!
