If InShot subscription won’t cancel and keeps renewing and you want to stop future charges for good;
Check where the subscription is billed from;
• Check your bank/card statement for the billing source
• Confirm if it’s via App Store (Apple), Google Play, or InShot website
• Note the account email and last charge date
Cancel in the correct place;
• Apple (iOS):
– Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → InShot → Cancel
• Google Play (Android):
– Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → InShot → Cancel
• Website purchase:
– Log in to your InShot account → Account / Subscription → Cancel
Confirm cancellation worked;
• Make sure it shows Canceled / Will not renew
• Take a screenshot as proof
• Check email (including spam) for a cancellation confirmation
If it keeps renewing anyway, contact InShot Support;
• State that auto-renewal continues despite cancellation
• Provide:
– Account email
– Platform (iOS / Android / Web)
– Screenshots of cancellation
– Dates of unwanted charges
Ask them to;
• Disable auto-renewal on their backend
• Confirm cancellation in writing
• Refund any post-cancellation charges
If charges still continue;
Consider posting a complaint on Xolvie to push for resolution and warn others.
