ING Bank Officials Don't Answer Phones, Ignore Customer Emergencies

Although I called the Isparta ing bank branch for the removal of the block placed on my account, no return was made and my calls were not opened. Since the branch was closed in the center of Burdur, I came to Isparta center, we could not even get a queue number at the door, they said wait, we sat down, although we stated that the situation was urgent, nothing changed, it is really very sad that the bank I have been working for 10 years is treated in this way, although I called the bank while waiting inside the bank, it did not open again... Imagine you hear the phone ringing, no one is there and you see it all. Where is the courtesy? Where is the care? Bravo.
