Infinix Note 50 Won't Accept My Email After Update
I have been using my Infinix Note 50 for over a year, but since last night the phone has become completely unusable. When I turn it on, it works normally for a few seconds before displaying the verification screen that appeared after a recent update. The phone asks for my email address and password, but even though I enter the correct credentials for my own account, the system repeatedly rejects them and will not let me access the home screen.
I purchased the phone in Istanbul and completed the required passport registration. I am currently in Azerbaijan, where I have not been able to find any Infinix customer support. I know my screen lock pattern, email address, password, and all of my account information. Even though the account belongs to me, the phone remains locked, leaving me unable to access my personal data, accounts, and files.
I request that Infinix remove this verification lock without erasing my data and restore access to my phone. I want my device to function normally again while ensuring that all of my personal information and files remain intact.
