Please Add Lock Screen Customization Infinix Hot60i

I am using an Infinix Hot60i in Dhaka, Bangladesh, which I bought about two months ago for around 18,500. Since I started using the phone, I have noticed that the lock screen customization options are unavailable. The options I expect to see simply do not appear, so I cannot customize my lock screen the way I want. To solve this, I have tried all the usual steps on the phone, including checking all relevant settings, updating the system when possible, and restarting the device, but nothing has changed and the options are still missing. I have not yet contacted customer service or the store, as I believe this is a software limitation that should be addressed by the brand through an update. I kindly request that Infinix provide a software update or solution that enables full lock screen customization on the Infinix Hot60i, so that users can properly access and use these options as expected.
