I am using an Infinix Hot 60i and since 23rd of January I have been unable to install some specific applications on my phone. When I try to install them, I receive errors saying the app is not compatible and that the installation of this APK is not supported, so the process cannot be completed. I am asking Infinix to provide clear, detailed guidance on how I can resolve this issue on my device so that I can install these applications without errors.
