I am an Infinix Hot 60i user, model Infinix X6728, which I purchased on 16 December 2025 and have been using in Bangladesh. Despite buying this device recently as a current mid‑range model, it still has not received the Android 16 update, while many other phones in a similar segment already have Android 16. As users, we are starting to feel left behind in terms of software, performance improvements, new features, and security updates, even though we chose Infinix with the expectation of fair and up‑to‑date software support. This situation creates the impression that Infinix does not value all models equally, even though every customer has the same rights and has paid for a modern smartphone experience. My clear expectation from Infinix is that the Infinix Hot 60i (Infinix X6728) receives the Android 16 update within March or April, or at least that you share a clear and official update plan and timeline for this model specifically. I kindly request that you prioritize this device in your update program so that we, as Hot 60i users, do not lag behind other mid‑range phones and can continue to trust and recommend the Infinix brand.
