Lack of Customer Support and Dissatisfaction with Oppo Realme 6i
Oppo Realme not shown any concern for customer satisfaction and failed to stand behind its products. Even though a complaint was made, there has been no response or acknowledgment provided. I have done all the required updates and allowed app installations from unknown sources, but still cannot install APK files. I bought the Oppo Realme 6i and it will be my final device from this brand. I hope that my complaint will be handled promptly and with a sincere concern for ensuring customer satisfaction. I trust Oppo Realme to provide me with quality products and dependable customer service as a consumer. So far, my experience is one that might drive even a sane person crazy! It seems like the brand prioritizes making sales over ensuring the satisfaction and well-being of its customers. It's disheartening to see a company not taking responsibility and being unresponsive, especially when they should prioritize making their customers happy.
