Infinix Hot 20 Fast Charging Not Working

I have been using my Infinix Hot 20 phone for about one month. At first, there were no issues while charging, but later the charging speed noticeably decreased, and now I cannot get fast charging at all. Even though the phone states that it supports 18-watt fast charging, the screen only shows “safe charging.” I also cannot find any fast charging option or setting anywhere on the device.

I purchased the device in Gaziosmanpaşa, Istanbul, and I currently have to keep using it like this. I would like a clear explanation of whether the phone actually supports 18-watt fast charging from a technical standpoint. If it does, I want the reason why this feature is not working to be investigated. If necessary, I request that the device be thoroughly checked and that the issue with the fast-charging feature be resolved.
