If IndiGo changed your seat after check-in without telling you, you can try re-selecting a seat through the “Manage/Change Booking” page on the IndiGo website/app and pay for a preferred seat again if that matters to you — the airline lets you choose or change seats before departure.

Because IndiGo offers advanced paid seat selection (Seat-Select) but can assign free seats at check-in or the airport, you can ask at the check-in counter or kiosk for your preferred position if it was changed, and sometimes they’ll adjust you without extra charge depending on availability.

If you paid for a specific seat category (like extra legroom) and were moved to a less valuable seat, contact IndiGo customer care with your PNR and proof of purchase, explaining the downgrade and requesting adjustment or refund of the seat fee.

If support does not reply, you might want to consider posting a complaint on Xolvie in order to bring attention to the issue and try to find a solution.
