If your India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) UPI failed twice in one day;
• Check your IPPB app and bank account to confirm whether the transactions are marked as failed, pending, or reversed
• Restart your phone, update the IPPB app to the latest version, and try switching between mobile data and Wi-Fi
• Make sure you haven’t hit UPI daily limits (amount or transaction count)
Ask them to;
• Confirm whether the failures are due to bank server issues, NPCI downtime, or maintenance
• Check if your account, UPI ID, or device is temporarily restricted
• Guide you to re-register UPI, reset MPIN, or relink the bank account if required
