Forex Index Global Locked My Account And Withheld $35,000 Since 2022

In September 2022, my account with Forex Index Global was suddenly locked, and since then I have been unable to access it. Approximately $35,000 remains blocked in my account. Despite contacting their customer representatives multiple times, instead of helping me regain access, they kept insisting that I deposit additional funds. One representative, in particular, named A**, even spoke with me over the phone, and when I said I would visit them in person if necessary, no solution was provided. To this day, I have not received any written response or resolution.

I have clear evidence of my communications with them as well as the official receipts of the money transfers I made. At no point was I ever provided with or signed any formal contract or guarantee document. Throughout this entire process, I have been left frustrated, misled, and financially harmed.

What I expect from Forex Index Global is simple: I want the immediate return of my $25,000 principal investment to my account in full. It is unacceptable for a financial services company to block a client’s funds for this long without resolution. I demand that my case be resolved promptly and transparently.
