On Thursday, 5 March 2026, I received a WhatsApp notification from iMile stating that my package was out for delivery. However, more than a week has passed since that message and nothing has been delivered to me. The tracking number of the shipment is 6022626355153. During this time, the delivery status has not been properly updated and I have not received any clear information about where my parcel is. I contacted iMile via their WhatsApp chatbot and also sent an email to their customer service, but both channels only returned generic, automated responses that did not address my specific problem, which makes it feel as though my messages were never actually read. I would like iMile and Shein to urgently investigate where my parcel currently is using tracking number 6022626355153, confirm whether it can still be delivered, and, if so, arrange prompt delivery to my address. I expect a clear, personalized response with accurate tracking information and a definite outcome instead of automated replies.
