I placed an order from Shein to be delivered to Lebanon, and the shipment is being handled by iMile. According to the tracking information, my package arrived at Riyadh Airport on 8 April and has been stuck there for more than nine days with no further tracking updates or movement. The shipment is still showing in Riyadh and has not progressed at all toward Lebanon, which is completely unacceptable for this length of time. During this period, I have made several attempts to get information and assistance. I contacted Shein customer service, but their replies were passive and unhelpful, providing no clear explanation for the delay and no real support. I also contacted iMile multiple times and did not receive any response. This lack of communication and transparency from both sides is extremely frustrating and shows a serious disregard for customers. I now demand that my package be immediately processed and delivered to my address in Lebanon without any further delay. I also expect detailed and accurate tracking updates and a clear, realistic estimated delivery date to be provided to me without excuses. I request that this situation be treated as urgent and that concrete action be taken, not just generic answers.
