Think 3 Times Before Buying Assembly Service From IKEA

I bought kitchen furniture and assembly service from IKEA Antalya for the purpose of completely renovating my kitchen. An assembly appointment was made about for 1 month later. We agreed and lived without a kitchen the entire time. During the assembly time, burrs were formed due to the bad cutting of 2 workbenches that needed to be joined longitudinally on the island part and they were not covered in any way. Also, since the lath they wanted to put on another bench joint was crushed and impacted, we did not have it installed, and they left it open like that. It is normal to have such glitches as long as it is resolved, but the real problem started after that. The next day, I informed them about the situation through a written contact form, and I was called by phone in a short time, but since I was not available at that moment at the workplace, I asked them to call around 18:30 if possible. The conversation ended with "Sure". After that, I was never called again. The next day, I went to IKEA Antalya and wanted to meet in person. Staff in charge found the correspondence and went to meet with the relevant people in the back. When he returned shortly, he said that the responsible were talking among themselves, that we could spend time in the store if we wanted to learn the result at the exit, or that they would call. We said we'd stop by soon and came back about an hour later. However, we were not able to find the person we met or anyone who had information about the subject. We thought we would be informed by phone and left. When I was not called, I expressed my complaint and what happened through the contact form again the next day. Although 4-5 days have passed since this written communication, there is still no response. I was very surprised to see that such a big brand worldwide is managed so poorly in after-sales service and customer relations. I would say that those who will receive installation service should think again.
