IKEA Office Chair Wheel Didn't Fit on The Leg, No Answers Back Yet!

I bought a study chair from the IKEA Antalya store. The next day, I came to Konya, where I live, and installed it, but I saw that the wheel did not fit in one of its feet, and I shipped the problematic foot on 07.08.2023 by making the necessary explanations (with customer service guidance) and received the information that it was delivered the next day. Today is the 15th and I still haven't received any information. As a result of long efforts, I call customer service every day to get information by phone, I explain the situation, I am constantly told that I will be informed, but there is no caller, no questioner, no product!
