I am filing a complaint about iFAST Global Bank. My experience with their services has been deeply frustrating. After I submitted my application, it took an unusually long time for them to complete the verification process, only for the application to be rejected without any explanation. When I requested clarification to understand what went wrong and improve future applications, the client services team responded with a vague and dismissive message, refusing to provide any details. They claim to respect the right to share personal experiences, but they clearly do not respect the applicant’s right to know why an application was declined. It seems they have no genuine regard for transparency or fair treatment. If they truly cared about how customers feel, they wouldn’t enforce such poorly structured and inconsistent policies. Their responses lack sincerity, accuracy, and professionalism. Worst of all, their support agents appear to be under pressure to defend the bank’s decisions at all costs rather than advocate for customers. This is the unfortunate reality behind their customer service — everything else feels like a facade.
