Easypaisa Deducted Balance Without My Permission - Ignored My Complaint

I have never experienced better customer service than what Easypaisa offers. They took ₨450 from my account out of nowhere without asking or telling me. I approved no transaction, hence the app offers no justification anywhere. I have been trying to get in touch with their help-seeking support; I have been on wait for more than twenty minutes right now while writing. None responds, none picks up, only constant waiting. To be honest, they seem to be simply pilfering money from others and hope no one will object. This is intolerable not a minor flaw. A financial service does not deserve to run if they cannot simply provide fundamental support. Their license ought to be looked at, really. I advise against Easypaisa at any costs. Total dishonesty and zero responsibility.
