iFAST Charged Me Three Times for One Traffic Fine Payment

I tried to pay a traffic ticket online with iFAST Global Bank on July 12, 2025, but the process failed twice. I called customer support right quickly, and they told me that the payment didn't go through, so I wouldn't have to pay. They even told me to use a different bank to make the payment, which I did later that day and it worked. After that, I called iFAST again to cancel the two failed payments, but they told it couldn't be done by hand and that the money would be repaid in 14 days if it wasn't claimed. A week later, both of the payments that had failed suddenly went through. This meant that I had to pay the same fee three times. I asked for three refunds, and even though they granted them, they kept asking for more paperwork. After a month of going back and forth, nothing was fixed.
