I Got Locked Out of My iFAST Account Without Any Warning
It shocked me a lot when I learned that my iFAST Global Bank account had been disabled without any warning. I only got a generic notice indicating it was because of company rules, but no clear explanation. I had money in there and was using that account to make a couple payments, so it ruined my day. Even worse, when I tried to get in touch with customer service, they couldn't offer me any additional information either. They simply kept saying the same thing about "internal policy." I can't believe how frustrating it is that I don't know what I did wrong or how to fix it. I believe that if a bank is going to freeze someone's account, they should at least tell them why. I truly hope iFAST gets better at talking to people. This whole incident made me feel horrible.
