Waiting For A National Visa Appointment From iData For 6 Months

I applied for a German national visa to visit my wife about 6 months ago (January 12, 2024) via iData. Exactly 173 days have passed today, but there is no progress. My wife is a Ukrainian citizen and our documents are about to expire. If İData does not make an appointment for another 2 weeks, our documents will expire. My wife cannot go to her country to get new documents because her country is at war and I don't know what to do. Please help.
