No Response from iData for 3 Weeks on PNR Code Request – No Customer Service Support
I reached out to iData about 3 weeks ago via email to request my PNR code, but I still haven’t received any response. I’ve tried calling customer service multiple times, waiting on hold for 20 minutes during my first call and over an hour during the second, but no one ever answered. I’m incredibly frustrated because I can’t get any information about my PNR code or the status of my process, even from their offices. This lack of communication is unacceptable, and I’m left in the dark about what to do next. iData, please respond to my request as soon as possible so I can proceed with my travel plans!
