iData Payment Issue – PNR Missing on Receipt Causing Visa Portal Rejection
We uploaded all required documents to the Ausland portal for our national visa application, but we encountered an issue due to the PNR number not appearing on the receipt. The portal flagged this as an issue, yet no deadline or delay warning was provided—just a notification about the missing PNR.
The problem originated from iData, as their receipt does not include the PNR number in the required format. However, the email confirmation they sent does list the PNR. Despite this, the portal rejects it as "format incorrect."
We attempted to contact iData for a solution, but instead of addressing the issue, they demanded a new payment while vaguely referring to a delay—even though no prior deadline was mentioned. If we pay again and the PNR is still missing, we will likely face the same rejection on the portal.
This is completely unacceptable. We urgently request clear guidance and immediate support to resolve this issue without unnecessary payments and further delays.
