Hyundai Tucson Service Delay of 21 Days

Hello, my vehicle is a 2020 Hyundai Tucson with the license plate 34 D 396. On June 23, 2023, I took my car to the Hyundai Coskun authorized service center because the malfunction indicator light was on. They told me that the sensor was broken and that they didn't have the part in stock, but that it would come from overseas in 10 to 15 days. Every week, when I called to find out where the part was, they told me that it hadn't arrived yet. When I called again yesterday, the person in charge of my car, Yildiray, said they were ordering the part and asked me to call back on Friday as if no part had been ordered for my vehicle. They made me wait for 21 days before ordering the part, and during that time, they didn't bother to tell me what was going on. If I hadn't called, they wouldn't have put in the order for the part. Is this how irresponsible they can get? I need to go out of town, and I have been waiting for this problem to be solved for 21 days. My problem is still not fixed, and they are telling me to call back on Friday. I need a fast solution to my problem.
