Hyundai Ioniq 5 Lacks Promised Remote Update Feature

I purchased the updated Hyundai Ioniq 5 specifically because the new screen was advertised as being capable of receiving remote updates. However, Hyundai has provided no clear information on this feature or its activation.

If you manage to implement remote connectivity but fail to extend it to older vehicles, I will immediately list my car for sale and never choose Hyundai again. Furthermore, I will not recommend the brand to anyone.

It’s frustrating that such a high-quality vehicle is not receiving the attention and support it deserves. I strongly urge Hyundai to prioritize this feature and deliver the remote connection functionality as promised. Customers like me expect clear communication and follow-through.
