Engine Failure in Newly Purchased Hyundai i20 Car

On March 1, 2023, as a proud owner of a Hyundai vehicle, I purchased an i20 model from Coşkun Car Dealer, one of Hyundai Turkey's authorized dealers. On June 3, 2023, however, while traveling from Istanbul to Bursa with my wife and children, we were involved in a major accident caused by white smoke and exhaust fumes that engulfed the interior of my car. Following the incident, I contacted Hyundai Turkey, and my vehicle was towed to the Fertan Auto service center in Kocaeli. The service center informed me on June 5, 2023, that my car's motor had failed. Given that the engine failure occurred on a car with only 2,000 kilometers on it, I believe it was the result of a manufacturing flaw. I demand that my complaint be resolved after the necessary inspections. Please keep in mind that my problem has been unresolved for the past ten days.
