Hypic Subscription Renewed Without Consent and Charged Me
I am writing regarding my Hypic subscription, which was auto-renewed today, June 22, through the Apple App Store without my consent. I was charged 300 pesos for this renewal, even though I did not intend to continue the subscription. I only became aware of the transaction after receiving the email from Apple about the charge, and I then tried to resolve the issue. I contacted support and was informed that the purchase is not eligible for a refund, which I find unfair given that I did not approve or knowingly authorize this renewal. In light of the above, I kindly request a full refund of the 300 pesos that was charged today and the cancellation of my Hypic subscription so that no further renewals are processed without my explicit consent.
