Hummel Non-refundable Turn Tights, Confusing Exchanges, Unresolved Refunds

too long ago I went to this Hummel store, after getting a new pair of tights, I was sad to find that one of the seams had come undone. I thought it would be easy to send them back to get a different size or get my money back, so I did that. I went back to the business after about 15 days to see if they could fix my problem. Overall, though, the whole thing was confusing and sad. The clerk's mumblings about a "527 wire" made me scratch my head. Then they let me try on a T-shirt as if it were pants. When I asked about my lost T-shirt, I was told something that didn't answer my question. The way the employee waited just added to the mystery. In the end, they found the T-shirt and gave it to me, but it was torn. When they said that the price of the T-shirt might be taken out of my return, I was already upset about the situation. I told the regional boss that I was upset and going to make a complaint. Strangely, the cashier's answer was not very nice. She told me that she would love it if I grumbled and suggested that I ask her to call security. I don't understand and don't like how everything has turned out. The cashier's lack of professionalism made me feel bad, and the hassle of making an easy return was discouraging. Please use this review to help Hummel stores better serve customers in the future.
