Hummel Shoes I Bought Keep Falling Apart and Replacements Require Extra Payment

I purchased Hummel-brand shoes, but the soles were separated three times. Each time, the shoes were sent for review, and I was informed there was no problem. Since the replacement was not the same model, I had to pay the price difference or purchase another product by paying the difference. Thanks to the store manager's efforts during the last replacement, I did not pay the difference for the same model from another store. However, the new pair also separated at the sole, and the replacement was approved again. Now, I am expected to pay the difference again for replacement shoes. Even if I manage to get the same model without paying extra, the sole will likely separate as it did the previous three times. I work a desk job, and I’m confident the shoes would be more durable if glued with basic adhesive. Seven months have passed without wearing the shoes I initially purchased, despite paying the difference multiple times. I am exhausted by this process and deeply regret trusting Hummel for quality and durability. In the meantime, I bought cheaper shoes from another brand, which I have worn daily without any issues. I urge others to avoid Hummel’s defective products, as even approved replacements do not last. The attachments include evidence of the changes approved by Hummel.

Hummel is a complete disappointment, I won't buy it or recommend it.
