Hummel Sneakers Tore from the Inside After 1 Month

I purchased a pair of Hummel men’s sneakers on 15.08.2024, and within just one month, they started to tear from the inside. I contacted the authorized seller and submitted a claim through Hummel's official website. Unfortunately, I received a rejection today. As military personnel, I couldn't even wear the shoes daily, so there’s no reason they should be falling apart this quickly. I’m deeply disappointed with the lack of support and expect Hummel to resolve this issue and address my complaint properly.
